Weigh out your chocolate to meet approximately 2.5 ounces, this was four standard-sized chocolate bars. Break up the chocolate into pieces in place in a glass bowl. Set up a double boiler with the glass bowl floating over the water and melt the chocolate over med heat. Stirring occasionally.
Line a baking pan or sheet with parchment paper. When the chocolate is fully melted sprinkle some of seeds, nuts and golden berries into the chocolate and mix to combine. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper lined back vessel and smooth it out using a spatula to your desired thickness(between 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick is good). Artfully decorate the top of the bark with the ingredients and now use the dried rose petals and clover flowers for aesthetic. Sprinkle with malden salt.
Place the container in the refrigerator and allow to cool and fully harden. When ready to cut, remove the parchment paper from the baking pan, then peel the paper from the chocolate bark. Cut into your desired shape and size.
