Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. We cook the Chex mix at this lower temperature to ensure that the moisture from the butter or oil is eliminated but that it doesn’t burn.
Add the Chex, pretzels, crackers and cashew to a large bowl.
In a small sauce pan melt the butter or add the olive oil to low heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic, powder, white pepper, seasoned salt and paprika. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour the seasoned butter(or oil) over the bowl of dry Chex mix ingredients and toss with hands making sure that all of the ingredients are lightly coated.
Spread the seasoned Chex mix over a large baking sheet and stick in the oven for 60 minutes.
