Wash and peel all the apples then cut them up into small squares.
Place the apples and the rest of the ingredients in a large pot, bring to medium-high heat. When the apples begin to boil turn it down to low and cook for 20 minutes. After they are cooked and resembling a chunky sauce, mash them to break them further or use a hand-held immersion blender to smooth out.
